The lawsuit becomes invalid, just kidding. When is the judge going to make his decision? Talk about improving the processing speeds, and the judge is taking two months to decide whether to accept the class lawsuit or not.

dsatish, have you faxed this complaint to congress men already? they are still taking 17+ months to process 485 applications which is a lot more than their target goal of 6 months.

Whoa CSC is making progress, they are now into 2004. Why can't other service centers like VSC take a leaf from CSC and improve their processing speeds?
