Mumbai consulate still haven't updated the interview list. What is going on?

It is very strange that they have not updated the interview schedule on their web-site. I am wondering if they are aware of this.

Does anyone have CR-1 visa interview at mumbai consulate in February? I have been checking the the web-site for the schedule and it still shows the January 2005 appointments. My file got there in late December and I still have not received the packet 4. What else can I do to find the status...
