Hi, When I applied 140, my approved labor certificate was changed (stupidly): 1. Number of Employees: it was 15(wrong number), but changed to 4000 (correct number) by my HR. 2. Section H-14: new skill set was added. Now I got RFE for the reason of those two changes. Please please...
