Hello, I just found out that I won the DV lottery and received my J-1 visa 3 weeks ago. - I red that the J-1 visa is a non immigrant visa, can I apply? - Would it be better to wait before applying? - When is the last moment to send the documents? Thanks by advance!- horodateur
