H1B stamping with MS incomplete I was in a similar situation. And my visa was pended for 7 months. But the study part does not cause a trouble for the stamping. Make sure your company provides you with all necessary docs and also when you reply to questions regarding your joba nd company...- honehfour

H1B transfer without paystubs for over 10 months
