I am doing my residency on H1B with cap exempt university hospital which expires on 6/30/07. How can I get the reqular H1B within cap. Is it a transfer or a new H1B. What will be status in July to Sept, 2007. Thanks for your replies.

I am doing my residency on H1B with cap exempt university hospital which expires on 6/30/07. My spouse is on L1. I can get L2. L2 visa holders are eligible for EAD. How can I change to L2 & EAD before 6/30/07. Thanks for the help.
