Can I filed two I485? One is under my case for Eb2 labor and the other is under my wife's case under NIW?

Recently my I140 for NIW was approved by Vermont Center. On Jan 04 my wife and I filed I140 & I485 concurrent at Nebraska center under her case for EB2. They are still pending. Can we file another I485 under my case at Vermont? Or transfer the I485 in Nebraska to Vermont? Thanks for answer!
