CP for self & AOS for dependants ????? Experts Help !!!!!
Experts, Currently I am on H1 and family on H4. My I-140 is approved in April for CP. Can I go for CP by filing DS-230 with NVC only for myself, at the same time file for AOS (I-485)only for dependants ? (Spouse is not employed). Or should I wait for my GC approval through CP before filing...- hills

Wrong birth Date in approved I-140
My approved I-140 has a wrong birth date too ......... If anybody are got into same situation, post your case. My approved I-140 has a wrong birth date too according to NVC. As they adviced, I send proof of DOB. Will take 10 days to get a feedback.- hills
