I have applied GC in EB3 (2005 PD). I had I-140 approved and got i-485 RFE on geographical location. My lawyer sent response for RFE and USCIS received it on 1st quarter 2009. Now the I-485 stage is at RFE (pending) stage. Can I assume that the USCIS validated the documents against the RFE and it was closed.
I am planning to start EB2 process and port EB3 PD to EB2 PD, should I wait for the responsed from USCIS on "I-485 RFE on geographical location"
