    Hello Igmu, Thank you very much for your fast reply! I entered the Lottery just a week before the deadline. As I recall that was last week. And I'm sorry I did a big mistake in my last post, I meant to say "DV-2009" NOT "DV-2008"! And so far I didn't get any type of notification...

    I applied to dv 2009 and didn't get notified - am I out? Hello, I applied to the dv 2009 and still didn't get any letter, does that mean I'm out of luck ? Or maybe the letter in its way :P ? BTW, I'm from Syria. Thanks :)
