NVC, St.Louis mailing for Packet 3, Please.... I did not get the envelope with NVC address along with my kit. I will be asking my lawyer for the mailing address. Can anyone give me the complete mailing address of NVC, St.Louis so that I can cross check.

Hi, I am a Canadian PR submitting packet 3 to St.Louis NVC very soon. My final interview is going to be at Montreal US Consulate. Can anyone let me know how long is the current processing time for packet 3.
