Hi all, I did concurrently filing in july, 2003. NIW. I got EAD and AP in dec. 2003, and got a I-140 RFE notice in june, 2004. After I replied the RFE in August, I just received a figerprint notice. I am not sure whether it implies that INS is going to approve both 140 and 485? has anybody...
