Original H1B or Photocopy reqd at port of entry
I am planning to come to USA on H1B visa pretty soon. I do not have my original H1B(I 797 Notice of Action) document but have a photocopy of the same. Does any one know if I would be having any kind of troubles at port of entry. Has any one been in similar situation. Any advice would be...- H1Quest

H1 while on visitor visa in Canada
I am on a visitor visa in Canada from past 3 months. My husband is in USA on F1 Visa. I am a qualified person for an H1. My question is if I find a sponsor for an H1 will I be able to go for visa stamping at US Consulate in Canada while I am on a visitor visa in Cananda. Any help in this regards...- H1Quest
