    H1B expiring in 6 months (6h year) - Spouse 140 pending

    Hi, I am stuck in a weird spot and greatly appreciate any help with my situation. My H1 is in the 6th year - expires in 6 months. Employer (of 18 months) will file PERM in 2 weeks - with some luck they're hoping it gets approved and file for 140 to get an extension (EB2) - very slim chance...
