I have used up 6 year h1 Thank you for the reply, bestwishoh. The 3 year extension is based on my approved I-140. I have used up all 6 years of H1. Anyway, based on what you wrote, it seems safe to assume that I will get the 3 years on the H1 transfer. Thanks again.
