    H-1B extension for 7th year based on spouses LC

    My wife is in her sixth year of H1-B. (expiry September'03) I have an H-1B untill Sept'05. My LC was submitted in April 2001 without any action so far. Would my wife be able to get an extension for 7th year based on my LC submitted and waiting more than 365 days? I would appreciate any info...
