Hi.i would like to ask 2 questions about immigration.
***I am over 21 years old from BENIN(west africa).My father has filled a petition for me in 2011 which has been approved last month october 2013 by USCIS in F2B CATEGORY.I was happy because i thought that everything were done.I then contacted NVC which told me that i am not eligible for now and will have a visa number available if my priority date is earlier than the cut off date.The cut off date is 22march2006 for november 2013.Do i have to wait 5 years before my priority date will be earlier than the cut off date or each country has his cut off date.
***I lived in US for 2 years where I have met my US citizen fiance.She wants to come here to get married and apply for a new petition to have me back in US.
my question is:what will be the collision of both petitions. and will my fiance petition be faster than my father petition.because my parents petition is already in NVC stage.but my fiance petition will start again at USCIS.
