My name is Guiled Yusuf Idaan I initiated at first year of my career immediately following of my graduation as physics teacher in governmental secondary schools, at beginning of my second year I transferred in to the civil society organizations, I am youth activists and communities’ development worker in Somaliland;
In the recent years I worked as Administration Officer, Human right Network Coordinator and later the vice Chairman of Somaliland National Youth Umbrella (SONYO) during these years I become consultant with ministry of youth and sport cooperating with Unicef the preparation and formulation of the Somaliland National Youth Policy
I served as Executive Director to the SOMALILAND WOMEN DEEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (SOWDA)
I received my Bachelor of Business &Administration with connection of account in Hargiesa University. And Diploma of IT in learning distance of New Chelsea Institute of Technology
I gained during my working years to the civil society strong skills of General office management skills, Communication skills ,Project Management Skills ,Human Management Skills ,Computer Skills ,writing Skills ,supervisory skills ,Organize and implanted Group Activities in an efficient manner Skills ,Organizer and carry out Community Trainings Skills ,Conducted Communities Baseline Surveys Skills , Researches and Monitoring and Evaluations , new partnerships, and funding developments to a wide range of stakeholders and interested parties around the world and Conflict Resolutions,
The particular focus of the work are youth and women, I acknowledge the youth and women are present and future of the nations. Bearing this in mind, i would like to have a unified voice, one voice that is heard through all of the world .I WANT a supportive and enabling environment, in which every young person- women and men- gains ability, authority, agency and opportunities to make effective choices and translate these in their own lives and the lives of other people.
