    To Ramprak I faxed a letter to Senator Kennedy ask for help beck in May. 6 weeks later I called them and they told me this: After 2nd FP, they put my file away for 2 months, then do the security check again, then dispatch your case to officers. Senator's staff told me VSC informed them my case...
