    F1 Rejected-Because brother in US (Need Suggestion for second time)

    Hi, I am in US and my brother got rejected for F1 because I am here in US on H1-B and I came here on F1 few years back. My brother was told you will do the same so can not give you visa. Any suggestion for his second interview? Please advice.
