Finally Just to inform you guys that the I-485 approval came through on Friday the 13th (08/13/2004) :) the online status changed for the first time for 2 Years ---phew and what a way to change :p

Did any of u use AP for travelling outside the country? I am asking because I used it and 2 other people who applied for 485 along with me ( both approved) did not use AP or EAD. I am just wondering if this is causing any delay :confused:

I applied for I-485 in July 2002. Since then I got 2 FP notices and 2 EAD/AP renewals. However, the online status in USCIS web site has not changed for my I-485 application. I contacted the FBI and they said that the 2ndFP has been already sent back to the USCIS. People who have applied 1...
