Joef, would a copy of my permanent resident card work for naturalization or renewal?

My wallet was stolen and it had my driver license , social security and green card and some other stuff. Do I need my green card to apply for naturalization (citizenship)? Do I need to pay $255 since it was stolen? thank you very much for your help.
