I filed EB1-EA concurrently to NSC and filed NIW to TSC last week without the help of lawyer. Two days ago, I found my stupid mistakes in I-140 filing, which was, not enclosing ETA-750B.:mad: :mad: I know from this forum that ETA-750B is "must" enclosed for NIW petition. 1)How I can fix this...
