I filed from a private company. Sent a regular mail inquiry(printed a letter and signed it). I got my 1st FP a year after my ND, which is unusual, I think, but that allowed my fingerprints to stay current until the approval, no need for 2nd FP.

Details: EB1-OR WAC-02-169-50*** RD 04/24/2002 ND 05/11/2002 FP 06/11/2003!? -- Did not get FP notice for a year, which turned out to be a good thing. No RFE!!! No 2nd FP(not needed). Approved on May 11th. I did a written inquiry into incorrect online status once and also filed for 2nd...
