    Out of Status on F1 visa.

    I am currently in the U.S. On a F1 visa. My mother, a citizen had filed for me in october 2004 while I was over 21 years old and my case is still pending. However i recently became out of status on my I-20 due to lack of credits taken last semester. Does this affect my case?
