I appreciate your advice in this matter,
Mom apllied for my brother to get his immigrant visa, after waiting almost 9 years, he went to the interview in the consulant back home , they asked him for a proof of an extension visa for an extension he applied for 9 years ago he came several times to the US on a visiting visa one of these time he applied for an extension and he got approved but we don't have any proof of that as he did not make a copy of the extension letter. how can we get him this proof?
