Went at about 6:30 pm and my number was called around 7:00. But they didn't accept the photographs as they were a bit dark. Got new photographs outside INS and stamping was done around 10:00. Guys, don't take INS pictures from RITZ Camera at Snell and Blossomhill road, San Jose. :) ;)
