I think so. I don't think you need to go to Vemont to get EAD renew. Any local/region should be able to do that ( EAD Renew). In my case, my I485 is pending for unreasonably long time and my EAD is going to expire also. I submited my renew form to Vemont 3 months ago, which I thought it was...
