    I have H4 approved notice not stamp on passport. Can I still go without AP approved Tahnks jaxen. I have a H4 approved notice no stamp on passport. Can I still go without AP approved? Can I return with a AP reveived later? Thanks.

    Can I go outside US while AP pending?

    HI all, I have a H4 status and our I-485 and AP are pending. Is there any risk to come in US if I go back home right now? Thank you in advance.
