    I didn't file WOM case. Both congressman and senator from SC have come back with the same e-mai l from FBI "namecheck is pending". I am not 100% sure whether they have contacted TSC or FBI directly. I know that MD congressman has contacted USCIS and got a response that namecheck is not...
