hello, Guru's I got my GC in JAN. I am planing to go to india in June for 2 yrs, is there any way i can hold my GC status that much long with out losing or do i have lose the status? Any thoughts or appriciated.

as per my knowledge that was not correct bu ti heard some cases in this forum got like that, but still you need your finger print on the actual card. So logically that was not correct.

'gc-despo' my I-94 card expired but i have valid 7 th year H1 and valid EAD2...when we go for stamping does they ask any thing why it is expired???

'needHelp1' I Contacted the lawyer about that. she is going to take care of for me!!!!. Yep i would also suggest you better start ur 3EAD. Still strong feeling your approval is around corner!!! Thanks
