    Haven't received 140 receipt!! Can 485 be filed??

    Hello Comrades, There is a bunch of people who have same situation as mine. My I-140 was filed in July 2007. Haven't received its receipt yet. Does anyone know how to file 485 in this case ? Your advice will be very helpful. Thank you.
