    I prefer do nothing The approve is on 03/01 now. You may just wait one more month or so. INS usually does not issue rfe, if a case is not sitting there very long. Good luck!

    Thanks for everybody here! My hard time is over! Called AVM last night. My wife and I all get approved. Watched this board many times everyday in past few months. Dreamed to post this msg all the time. Laid off in June and got another job in 3 weeks. Worry a lot during this time. No action...

    Urgent help required : I485 pending 3 months, got laid off , GURUs please help

    do nothing with new company I had similar situation, but say nothing and do nothing with the second company. I got approved yesterday without rfe. good luck!
