    my company filed GC in VSC but i am livinig in texas and the address mention in all the 485 forms is my texas address. does it increase the chances of transfering case to local CIS in texas. aprreciate you thoughts on this.

    salary issues

    hi gurus, is there a problem working for the employer who applied GC for a less salary than that mentioned in LC. right now i am working for 47K but salary mentioned in LC is 62K. is this a problem while adjudication I-485. any ideas?
