140 stat. missing I am just trying to hold onto something here! 140 status is missing from phone (RD 06/22 EB2) Does the missing status mean anything? 485 status is accessible (received FP ...) Thanks

MUD (mass update) Greeny I do hope things are positive (considering my 485 LUD was also updated yesterday). To date, as far as I know an update on 485, without an update on 140, is simply a MUD of LUD (some internal book-keeping by USCIS?).

EB2 freeze Any ideas on why EB2 has not moved at all? Since the pilot program started in April, the dates should actually move quicker for EB2??

Hi Sunnycal Could you please explain what claiming old priority date means? Is it possible to use an older LC priority date even if the current 140/485 application is based on a different LC? Regards

None that I know of. Experts may say otherwise. Problem is only if EB3 priority dates retrogress.
