Just got an email from INS (two of them) and I got my case approved. My asylum was granted in Oct of 1999 and I applied for Green card in December of 2000.... I am so happy..

can you please provide some info? i am in the same boat, but still haven't received my green card. Asylum was granted in Oct of 1999, filed my i-485 in Dec of 2000 (Live in California, so it's a Nebraska Service Center). Done fingerprinting, medical exam, etc and still waiting.. Can you please...
