    Same day Boston EAD before 90 days

    I would like to know if I can apply for same day EAD(first time EAD) at Boston after getting 485 receipt. Even though 90 days are not yet over after filing for 485. Does anyone know of cases where Boston INS refused to give same day EAD before 90 days of filing of 485? thanks
