I saw your post from 2007 regarding your lost i-94 and passport. We have the same situation. Came here with the B1/B2 visa and overstayed. I have sent my i485 ( in Chicago) last March 7 and got a letter requesting initial evidence of i-94. I have applied i-102 (sent to vermont) as well last March 7th . I have received from USCIS Request for initial evidence and giving me only 87 days from their dated letter. Now, my question is, how was your experience with your application of i-102? How long did it take? Did you file your simoultaneously or your filed i-102 first. I'm going crazy out here.
