I did file my taxes jointly, but with the new changes in IRS from this year, the TIN number will be applied(W-7) along with the taxes. But unfornuately my wife's W7 was sent back saying insufficient information. Which means i need to re-apply for TIN again which is time consuming process. So...

Can anyone advise me on the TIN requirement for filling 140/485 concurrently. My wife hasn't received her TIN number from IRS.She is here in US from last One and half years. Do i need to wait untill she gets her TIN for filling 140 and 485 jointly. Please advice
