I have worked in the United States 4 years ago and the company applied for a work visa # 265401575 04. I left to go back to Canada as my daugther was ill. When I left I sent back my visa to Sherwin Williams, I have a great oppurtunity to work back in your country and help one of the truck plant that needs my assistance. My quetion is how or who would help with re-applying for my visa and then later on work visa.
