    Is there a time limit to stay out of the US when using Advance Parole?

    No Title There is a limit of 60 days as far as I know. This is what my lawyer told me when I applied for the AP the first time. He said that on a parole, you cannot be outside the country for more than 60 days. Please confirm with your lawyer.

    Anyone with WAC-99-240-xxxxx got their approval

    I am just trying to check out if anyone with WAC-99-240 has got approvals. I see a lot of approvals in EB3 for WAC numbers much after mine, just wanted to check if there are any old cases with dates similar to mine pending. Thank you!
