pre-approved labour substitution
My H1 6th year term will be getting over soon, around 7 months. Can I use the matching pre-approved labor under PERM processing. If so would there be any issues. Any suggestions would be helpful.- GCuserct

Can one use the already approved labor under PERM processing(as a substitute labor) and apply for I140.
