obviously The approved I-140 give me benefit Why they still link 485 to the pending 140 if IO told true today?

My I-485 based on NIW was filed with I-140 (NIW) together at TSC in 09/2005 , I-140 (NIW) was approved in 10/2005. In 10/2006, my 485 was transfered from TSC to NSC right after I filed my 2nd I140 (EB1) which is pending NSC even now. my NC was cleared in 09/2006. I called NSC today and was told...
