    H1 Expired and EAD Applied

    I received my EAD a month back and My H1-B expired a week ago(6 years). But I want to keep my H1B extension for 7th year so that If my I-140 is in trouble , I can go back to my H1B. Can I apply for my H1-B now? I heard from someone that there is a way of applying. Anybody faced this situation...
