According to the notice, case was transferred on Jan 30,2004. There is no change in on-line mesage, it is still the same.

It may be a new trend where the 485 cases are getting transferred to any local office to ease the workload without sending any notice to the applicant, We came to know about transfer only after making a enquiry, otherwise the case was transferred long time back according to the notice.
