    Called TSC IO today - July 27 - 2007

    I called and got a male IO, seems to be the same one everyone is talking about. Told me that the background checks are in, an officer is assigned and I should hear back in 4-6 weeks. Not to ruin any hopes, but it seems like a standard reply that he was giving to everyone.

    Don't worry.. it will come. In my case - Per USCIS website, they sent me a notice on 6/15, however I got it only yesterday 6/26. My attorney got it only today 6/27. Cheerios!

    Job Title and Job Duty change

    This piece of information is not verified at the 485 stage. As long as you have 140 approved and the job duties didn't change more than 50% (I think), you should be fine. You're the PM within the same QC team. right? I do not see an issue.

    Did you get the Rec. Notice via Mail? Great! Did you get your Receipt notice via the postal mail? Did it go to the attorney or to you directly?
