    Going back to USA - help

    hello, I have returned to India a year back and my Green card will be valid till March 2007. I am thinking of going back to USA, However my wife and kids don't have green card. In that case, on what visa my wife and kids will have to go to USA. Your help is really appreciated. Thanks

    I-131 Re-entry help

    I think I-131 re-entry form and its process has been changed. I plan to go to India for a while. I want to file I-131 so I can come back in 2 years. need to send following supporting documents 1) copy iof I-551. What is I-551? 2) I797 approval notice 3) photocopy of GC Help please

    RFE please help

    I have received following RFE for I-485. What can I do about this ? Submit completed form I-693 vaccination supplemental to prove that you are current for recommended age-specific imminizations.
