    Change in I-140 LUD ??

    Better keep any eye.. Might be your employer is trying to revoke your 140.. If you are still working for the same employer, check with them to see if they recevied any notices..

    I-140 Appeal Travel to Canada

    If you have valid 797 notices, stamping in the Consulate should not be a problem. You should carry the MTR receipt notices with you as proof to show that is still pending.
