GC approved sooner than I expected!!!

I got my GC approved sooner than I thought. I am getting married in couple of months in India. How do I bring my wife to US. Is there any way apart from say bringing thru new H1. Can the gurus here advice me on this tricky issue. Thanks, GCdreams
