    Laid off within 180 days--please help

    Sorry if the question repeated..But I need your valuable suggestion.My employer laid off me within 180 days of RD of I-485 based on a condition that if I get a project I will be continued to work for him if not he will continue GC process.Now can I work for other employer with my EAD.
